How to maintain the thermal shock test chamber?

1. The condenser should be cleaned regularly. Dust sticky condenser will cause the compressor high pressure switch to trip and cause false alarms. The condenser should be regularly maintained monthly. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust attached to the condenser heat sink or use a hard brush after turning on the machine. Brush it or use a high-pressure air nozzle to blow away the dust.

2. When opening and closing the door or taking the test object from the box, do not allow the object to touch the glue edge of the door to prevent the glue edge from being damaged and shortening the lifespan.

3. The ground around the fuselage and the bottom should be kept clean to avoid accidents and performance degradation caused by a large amount of dust being sucked into the unit.

4. The refrigeration system is the core. Please check all copper pipes for refrigerant leakage once every six months.

5. Current contact. The power distribution room should be cleaned and overhauled at least once a year. The loosening of the contacts will put the entire equipment in a dangerous working condition. In the light of the components, it is very dangerous to cause fire, alarm, and personal injury. When cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner to suck indoor dust. That's it.

6. Clean the power distribution room at least once a year, and use a vacuum cleaner to remove the indoor dust. The outside of the cabinet must be cleaned more than once a year and wiped with soapy water.
